The Brief
Build a new eCommerce website for an exciting new high performance clothing brand, that is both scalable and reflects the quality of the brand. The site has to scale to target markets around the world starting with New Zealand and Australia, then rapidly expanding to the USA, Europe, Africa and the rest of world. One backend system to manage all of these but separate products, currencies and pricing for each iteration of the site. Social media essential, flexibility and feature rich eCommerce needed.
The Solution
Work closely with the owners, Grant Difford and Simon Wilkinson, to deliver a high quality Open Source solution in record time. Right from the landing page through the checkout screens every aspect of the site was developed with particular attention to detail. The way in which the product pages are displayed highlights the quality and ease of use that the user experiences. They also show off the quality of the products. Another important aspect of the solution was to ensure that backend management of product updates, sales, freight and reporting is simple to manage and use.
